How to wash

How to wash mulberry silk products?

Machine wash or hand wash with pH neutral silk detergent.

For machine wash, use a mesh basket and select delicate/silk program.

How often should i wash silk pillowcase?

It's recommended that you wash the silk pillowcase and silk bedding sheet at least once a week.

Shipping

Do you ship to countries outside of Singapore?

Yes, we ship worldwide using DHL express and Fedex. Please refer to the shipping cost here.

We provide free international delivery for purchase over SGD $100.

How long do you take to ship my order?

We take 1-2 business days to pick and pack your order for shipping.

For same day delivery in Singapore, we will ship the order on the same day if the order is placed before 12pm noon on normal working day.

All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Public holiday(s) will only be processed the next working day.

When will my pre-order ship?

Pre Orders will be processed upon checkout but shipped at a later date.

Your pre-ordered item will normally be shipped within 3 weeks. We will send you confirmation once your Pre Order is on its way.

We will reach out to the email address/contact number associated with your order to advise is there are any expected delays.

Will I have to pay any taxes or duties?

We ship orders directly from Singapore.

Regulations for import duties and taxes vary from country to country. We have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount.

Unless otherwise stated, our product prices and shipping costs are exclusive of all import duties and taxes. All orders are sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

BASK does not cover any duties, taxes or associated handling fees which may be applied to your order by your local government.

Please be aware that you will be responsible for payment of these costs upon delivery of your order.

Please contact your local customs office for more information. We are not responsible for replacing or refunding any orders that are stuck in customs clearance. 

Returns

What is your returns policy?

We know you're going to love our products, but we understand you can't be sure now. That is why we offer a 30-day guarantee. If for any reason you're not loving your BASK products, send it back for a full refund (not store credit).

Kindly note that the customer will have to bear the delivery fees to return the items back to BASK located in Singapore.

What is your returns criteria?

We accept returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged items
within 30 days from the date of receipt, provided that all original tags and boxes are attached.

All postal fees, customs duties and taxes for returns are to be paid by the customer.

For returns of item(s) purchased, please address it to: BASK Pte. Ltd. 2 Jurong East Street 21, #04-06, IMM Building, Singapore 609601.
