How long do you take to ship?
For all the in-stock items, we will ship in 1-2 working days.
For order containing embroidered item or pre-order item, we will ship in 14 working days.
I need the gift urgently, do you do same day delivery?
Yes, same day delivery is available for shipping within Singapore, on working days only.
The cost is $14.90 and cut off time is 12pm noon on working day.
Can I pick up the items from your warehouse?
Yes, you may WhatApps our business account at 65-80425391 to confirm the pick up time-slot before placing order.
Can I request to exclude the bill in the gift package?
All our packages including our normal non-gift packages DO NOT show any price.
If required, we can also provide a gift receipt for exchange purposes.
