Returns Policy
We accept one-time returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged items
within 7 days from the date of receipt.

Items must be returned unused, complete, and in original condition and packaging. Returns showing signs of use, damage, or incompleteness will be declined.
Due to hygiene purposes, please note that we do not accept returns for these products - silk face masks, silk eye masks and silk pyjamas/clothing.
All postal fees, customs duties and taxes for returns are to be paid by the customer.

BASK PTE. LTD. reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy, including items that are used, incomplete, outside the return window, or sent to an unauthorised address. Denied returns may be sent back to the original sender at the customer’s expense. By placing an order with BASK, customers acknowledge and agree to this Return Policy.
